In June 2014 musician/composer Cathy Nosaty received an Ontario Arts Council Arts Education Project Grant to create The Intergenerational iPad Vocal Group with eleven seniors from the Harbourfront Community Centre and ten grade 4 students from Waterfront School. 

Led by Cathy Nosaty with IT support from musician/multi-media artist Laurel MacDonald, participants used iPads for music composition, song research and as musical instruments.

The Intergenerational iPad Vocal Group met weekly at Harbourfront Community Centre from  October to December 2014. The program culminated in a performance at Waterfront School at their annual Waterfront Winter Festival.
